What You'll Love About This Home
Open plan kitchen-dining-lounge area gets lots of natural light and looks out over a private backyard with olive, fig and lemon trees. Lounge area off the kitchen/dining area has comfortable leather recliners and an electric fireplace, perfect for chilly winter days.
Sliding glass door off the lounge provides easy access to the south-facing backyard patio, where comfortable outdoor lounge seating, shade umbrellas, a dining table and hot tub offer an indoor-outdoor living experience.
Kitchen has a Nespresso machine, Keurig machine and electric kettle for coffee and tea. We cook most nights, so the kitchen is fully stocked and fun to cook in, with a gas stove and oversized prep island.
Separate living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The spacious primary suite has a comfortable queen-size bed (60 x 80 in / 153 x 203 cm) and a generously sized bathroom with a soaking tub in addition to the stall shower. Separate toilet room has a Toto Washlet (bidet). Walk-in closet has hanging space for your clothes. Please note this is our primary home, so the closet will not be empty.
The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (60 x 80 in / 153 x 203 cm), a smart TV and lots of hanging closet space and empty dresser drawers for unpacking.
The third bedroom/office has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed and provides a dedicated workspace with a small desk and two oversized monitors that can connect to your laptop, ideal for remote workers.
We also have a stand-alone laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer. The two-car garage has one garage space available for guests as well as parking for two cars in the driveway.
What You'll Love About This Neighborhood
Our house is on a very quiet, private street with 14 other homes, but is still very convenient to downtown Napa as well as grocery stores, Costco and Target. You'll love walking or driving into downtown Napa, exploring Oxbow Public Market, the riverfront, restaurants and wineries.
We also have two foldable kayaks that you can use on the Napa River, which runs through town.
Beyond the town of Napa, we are ideally located for exploring the world-class wineries and charming towns of Napa Valley, including Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga, as well as Sonoma Valley, San Francisco and the Pacific Coast.
- Easily accessible from Sacramento, San Francisco and Oakland International Airports, all just over an hour away.
- 7-minute drive (25-minute walk) from the tasting rooms, restaurants, boutique shops, waterfront and Oxbow Public Market of downtown Napa.
- As little as a 10-minute drive from countless Napa Valley wineries.
- 20 to 30-minute scenic drive from the charming, walkable towns of Yountville and St. Helena.

Additional Information
We have a very sweet indoor/outdoor cat named Paris. While pretty self-sufficient with her pet door and automatic feeder, she does love pets, playtime and treats from the humans in the house. She will also need fresh water in her bowls and litterbox cleaning every day or two.
